You can give anyone a cake badge by going to USERNAME-HERE.deviantart.com/badges/cake
This method works for groups too! Just type the group name instead of a username.

When you give someone a cake badge, in the comment section for that person's cake badges you can use a red flowery skin. If you gave a cake badge to yourself, you can use the skin under your cake badges as well.
Every cake badge page has a "title" section you can use in the comments. The title doesn't show up in your messages, so you have to view it on your cake page.
It's possible to have two separate cake badges due to a glitch. Rugissang and UnderNom are examples. Credit to BigClaudia
